BENEFITS OF CRUISING

One of the best benefits of a cruise vacation is the cruise package price.  You pay one price and your vacation is paid for.  This does not mean you might not spend any additional monies, but, you know what your room, food, taxes and entertainment are going to cost and they are paid for.

What other form of vacation allows you to visit more than one destination or country in a few days or a week?  Well, cruising does.  When you book a cruise you know where your going, how long and what it cost.  Not a bad way to vacation.

Put away the money and use your ship board ID card if you want to sign for anything onboard.  Don't worry about carrying your wallet or purse around all during your vacation, the ship ID will take care of anything you want or need onboard.  Cash or credit cards may be desired when you leave the ship and go into any ports of call.

When you feel the need or urge to go to the gym, well, no membership is needed or required.  Go to the gym and work away and then relax by the pool reading or go to any of the other onboard activities that are free of charge both day and night.

Cruise vacations might be the ideal vacation for the family.  Why?  All members of the family will have options and activities that will fit both their schedules and age groups.  Families can usually share a cabin and if there are more than the usual number, an adjoining stateroom can be had if you book early enough.

Eating is an event on any cruise ship.  From the breakfast buffet to sit-down dining, the food is available when and where you desire.  You don't have to worry about spending extra on the children's meals because they are included.  You may want to buy the kids a drink card if you feel they will be drinking a lot of soda.  These cards are offered by most of the cruise lines today.

A land based resort just cannot offer what a cruise does.  They can be all-inclusive, but, they will not be able to sail at night to a new port of call and deliver you to a new place or country within 12 hours.  Nothing compares to a cruise vacation, nothing.

The cruise ships of today are one of the safest means of transportation anywhere in the world.  The ships have been designed with all the modern safety features and the crew and staff always has the safety of their passengers first.
